At MUSCORA, we take pride in delivering premium-quality perfumes with care and authenticity.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested perfumes.

Returns are accepted only if:

The product is received in a damaged or leaked condition, or

An incorrect product is delivered.

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear unboxing photos or videos shared via WhatsApp.

Refunds

Once the issue is verified, we may offer:

A replacement product, or

A refund, at our discretion.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

Fragrance preference or personal dislike

Minor variations in scent perception

Improper usage or storage

Delay caused by courier partners

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
